Elstree and Borehamwood Town Council is inviting residents, local groups, and businesses to comment on the Pre-Submission (Regulation 14) Draft Neighbourhood Plan.
This Plan sets out a shared vision for how our town will develop between now and 2040. It includes policies on:
- Affordable housing and local needs
- Green spaces, climate and the environment
- Shops and town centre improvements
- Heritage and community facilities
- Better paths, cycle routes and safer travel
- Creative industries and local employment
